Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase of custom challenge coins. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions: 

1. Orders: All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason. 
2. Design Approval:  Customers are responsible for providing accurate design specifications and artwork for their custom challenge coins. Upon receipt of the design, we will provide a digital proof for approval. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review the proof for accuracy in design, spelling, and other details. We cannot begin production until we receive your final artwork approval. Coin artwork may vary slightly based on manufacturing limitations. Any changes requested after final approval are not guaranteed and are subject to additional fees. 
3. Production: Production time for custom challenge coins varies depending on the complexity of the design and our current workload. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as material availability or production issues. 
4. Shipping: We will ship orders to the address provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for any delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. 
5. Payment: Payment for custom challenge coins is due in full at the time of order placement via PayPal only. Estimate and invoice pricing are valid until the date indicated on the estimate or invoice. 
6. No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon receipt. If you believe your product is defective or damaged, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to request a refund or exchange. 
7. Cancellation: Orders for custom challenge coins cannot be cancelled once production has begun. 
8. Intellectual Property: By submitting a design for custom challenge coins, the customer represents and warrants that they have the legal right to use and reproduce any logos, trademarks, or other intellectual property included in the design. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Lawman Coins from any claims of infringement or unauthorized use of intellectual property. In no event shall Lawman Coins be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our products, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
