By placing an order for custom PVC ID card printing, the customer (“Client”) agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Design & Setup Fee: A one-time setup fee of $20 is required for all new custom PVC ID card orders. This fee covers: Front and back custom design, Initial layout and formatting, and Preparation of print-ready files The setup fee is non-refundable once design work has begun.
2. Pricing & Design Complexity: All pricing is subject to change at any time and may vary based on:

3. Variable Data & Custom Fields: Pricing includes standard variable field changes such as:
(Additional variable fields or advanced customization may incur additional charges.)
4. Customer-Provided Information: The Client is solely responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including:
Lawman Coins is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the Client. Reprints due to client-provided errors will be billed at full cost.
5. Proof Approval: A digital proof may be provided upon request. Once a proof is approved, no changes may be made. Lawman Coins is not liable for errors approved in the final proof.
6. Restricted Logos, Seals, and Law Enforcement Identification: Any ID card design that includes trademarked logos, official seals, or references to local, state, or federal agencies—including but not limited to wording such as “Police,” “Law Enforcement,” “Sheriff,” “Deputy,” “Agent,” or similar titles—requires written authorization prior to production.

Lawman Coins reserves the right to refuse, delay, or cancel any order that does not provide sufficient authorization or that appears to misrepresent affiliation, authority, or official status.
7. No Impersonation or Misuse
Custom PVC ID cards are produced solely for identification or organizational purposes as authorized by the Client. The Client agrees that the ID cards will not be used to impersonate, misrepresent authority, or imply affiliation with any local, state, or federal agency unless explicitly authorized in writing by that agency.

Lawman Coins reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any order that appears to facilitate impersonation, misuse, or unlawful activity. Lawman Coins assumes no liability for misuse of ID cards after delivery. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from improper or unlawful use of the ID cards.
8. Production & Turnaround: Production timelines are estimates only and may vary based on order volume, design complexity, and workload. Turnaround times are not guaranteed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
9. Reprints & Refunds: Due to the custom nature of PVC ID cards:
10. Intellectual Property: All designs created remain the intellectual property of Lawman Coins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Unauthorized reproduction or reuse is prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability: Lawman Coins shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of custom ID cards.
12. Acceptance of Terms: Placing an order, submitting required materials, or approving a proof constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
